Zoe Poplawski
Physiotherapist
Zoe is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist with a strong background in rehabilitation, sports medicine, and military healthcare. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Coventry University (University of Leicester campus) and has completed the advanced practice physiotherapy (MSc) module in diagnostics at the University of Nottingham.
Zoe has an impressive employment history, starting with Leicester City Football Club, where she provided rehabilitation and pitch-side management for professional athletes from 2009 to 2012. She then transitioned to the NHS, working in various capacities, including neuro rehabilitation, neuro outpatients, trauma orthopedics rehab, and hospital management.
In 2013, Zoe joined PhysioNeeds East Leake, a private practice specializing in musculoskeletal/sporting acute injuries, elective and trauma orthopedics, persistent pain, and long-term conditions, both neurological and non-neurological. She remained at PhysioNeeds until 2021, during which time she also began working with the Ministry of Defence as a rehabilitation specialist at DMRC Stanford Hall.
Zoe's expertise in treating persistent complex "wounds, injuries or illnesses" has made her a valuable asset to the Ministry of Defence's CRBN team. She pioneered the post-COVID rehabilitation course and has made significant contributions to the fields of cardiac rehab, FND, persistent pain, and PTSD. Her dedication during the COVID pandemic earned her a Commanding Officer's recommendation for clinical effort.
Since 2021, Zoe has been serving as the British Army Climbing Team's physiotherapist while continuing her work at the Ministry of Defence. She is AACP acupuncture qualified, aquatic therapy certified, and Ai Chi qualified. Her training in acceptance commitment therapy and mindfulness, along with her outstanding communication skills, further enhance her ability to provide comprehensive care for her patients.

Freya is a patient focused Physiotherapist, graduated from Brunel University, and has years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in private practice and high-volume clinics. She is passionate about educating and empowering individuals to lead a long and healthy active life.
Freya has an extensive affiliation with multiple Cayman athletic teams and societies, including being member of the Cayman Islands National Netball Team, Masters at the Camana Bay Aquatic Club (CBAC), Elite Women's and Men's Premier League sides, and the CIFA Sports Medicine Committee.
